CLASSIFICATION
POLICY
Last updated: April 12, 2026
1. PURPOSE
SAPIEN X applies a structured information classification system to all data, documents, and deliverables produced or handled by the organization. This policy defines classification levels, handling requirements, and the obligations of both SAPIEN X and its clients with respect to classified materials.
Given the defense-grade nature of our intelligence products, proper classification and handling of information is a contractual and operational requirement for all engagements.
2. CLASSIFICATION LEVELS
SAPIEN X operates four classification levels, applied to all internal and client-facing materials:
Public
PUBLIC
Information intended for general public access. No restrictions on distribution or handling.
Examples: Website content, company description, sector overviews
Internal
INTERNAL
Information restricted to SAPIEN X personnel only. Not for external distribution under any circumstances. Unauthorized disclosure is a disciplinary matter.
Examples: Internal processes, source code, proprietary methodologies, AI model architecture
Confidential
CONFIDENTIAL
Information shared exclusively with the designated client under a signed confidentiality agreement. May not be reproduced, redistributed, or shared with any third party without explicit written authorization from SAPIEN X.
Examples: Threat intelligence reports (marked "SAPIEN X CONFIDENTIAL"), synthetic datasets, scenario analyses, client-specific briefings
Restricted
RESTRICTED
Highest sensitivity. Access limited to specifically authorized SAPIEN X personnel on a strict need-to-know basis. Any unauthorized access or disclosure constitutes a critical security incident.
Examples: Proprietary AI generation models, prediction algorithms, internal threat forecasting databases, client identity records
3. MARKING & IDENTIFICATION
SAPIEN X applies classification markings to all deliverables as follows:
- All intelligence reports bear the header marking "SAPIEN X CONFIDENTIAL" and must be treated accordingly by the receiving party
- Synthetic datasets (images, video sequences) do not carry visible markings to preserve their utility for AI model training — however, they are protected by proprietary technical measures enabling origin tracing and leak detection
- Internal documents are marked "INTERNAL — DO NOT DISTRIBUTE"
- Restricted materials carry explicit access control notices and are transmitted only through secure, encrypted channels
⚠ The absence of a visible classification marking on synthetic datasets does not imply that the material is public or freely distributable. All SAPIEN X deliverables are CONFIDENTIAL by default unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
4. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
Upon receipt of any SAPIEN X deliverable classified as CONFIDENTIAL, the client organization is bound by the following obligations:
- Materials may only be used for the specific purpose defined in the engagement agreement
- No reproduction, redistribution, sublicensing, or resale of SAPIEN X deliverables is permitted under any circumstances
- Access within the client organization must be restricted to personnel directly involved in the authorized project
- Materials must be stored securely and protected against unauthorized access, loss, or theft
- In the event of a security incident involving SAPIEN X materials, the client must notify SAPIEN X within 48 hours of discovery
- Upon termination of the engagement, all SAPIEN X materials must be securely deleted or returned upon request
5. DATASET PROTECTION
Synthetic datasets delivered by SAPIEN X are unique, proprietary assets representing significant investment in research, simulation, and generation infrastructure. While visible watermarking is not applied to preserve model training integrity, SAPIEN X employs proprietary technical measures to:
- Uniquely identify each client delivery at the dataset level
- Enable forensic tracing of the origin of any dataset found in unauthorized circulation
- Detect unauthorized distribution or usage outside the scope of the engagement
⚠ Any unauthorized distribution of SAPIEN X synthetic datasets will be subject to immediate forensic investigation. The technical measures employed by SAPIEN X are sufficient to identify the source of any leak with high confidence. Legal action will be initiated without prior notice.
6. ENFORCEMENT
Violations of this Classification Policy by client organizations or their personnel will result in:
- Immediate termination of the engagement and all access to SAPIEN X services
- Forensic investigation to determine the scope and origin of the violation
- Civil legal action for breach of contract and intellectual property infringement
- Notification of relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities where applicable
